FAQs
What should I bring for the stay?
We ask you to bring a basket or a blanket so that they still feel at home. We also prefer to ask you to bring food because changing food is not good for the dog's health. It is not obligatory.
Do you have an age limit?
A little bit, we are experienced trainers who have also raised puppies. Of course, it's better for a puppy to stay with its owners for as long as possible in the beginning. For older dogs, we have an age limit of up to 11 years.
Can I visit the place?
We get it , choosing the right place for your dog isn't easy. To make things simple, we offer visits from Monday to Friday (9AM-5PM) of up to 30 minutes for €10. If you decide to book with us afterward, that amount will be taken off your total.
What schedules do you have for arrivals and departures?
check-in and check-out are available every day, including public holidays, from 9 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
Please note that on Saturdays, check-in and check-out are not available.
Do you make size separations?
Dogs stay separately. We decide who plays together outside, and each dog has their own calm resting area.
What are your boarding fees?
Book now your best friend's next holidays now from €30 per day.
What are your dogsitting (in your home) fees?
Our in-home dogsitting service is €100 per day., which covers travel, walks with your dogs, and the dogsitter's own meals. We always make sure to leave your home clean and exactly as we found it.
Do you work with all breeds and sizes?
We're experienced with both small breeds and more challenging or reactive dogs, and we always take the time to understand their behavior first.
What if my dog needs veterinary attention during his stay?
If your dog ever needs veterinary care, all costs will be covered by the owner. During the day, we go to our trusted veterinarian, and for any emergencies after midnight, we rely on Blue Care Hospital, a 24-hour emergency clinic. We'll always keep you informed, but in urgent situations, we'll make the decision to go immediately — because your dog's health and safety come first.
